What really matters? Begin with the end in mind.
What really matters? Begin with the end in mind.

Your memories matter. My memories matter. That's why I write it down, remembering pictures of people, places, things, and ideas in snippets. Snippets are short clues or triggers to help me begin. No more sitting and staring at a blank page.

Capturing treasured moments of life letters now will preserve memories that inspire and delight others who know you. Simple inexpensive DIY.

Thoughts come and go, so I aim to capture those thoughts that I want to preserve. I intentionally eliminate others that create negative rumination instead of healthy moments of reflection. That is what I want to hand that off to you to practice. Other people can be encouraged by your words that describe what you value, who you are, and how you lived life.

Sharing what I remember about persons, places, thing, and ideas is an example of why, what, who, when, where, and how you can, too. These memories are like journal entries about what really matters.

You get to know me. I get to know you. What really matters to you? Maybe you prefer pictures, videos, or audio recordings. That works well to visualize and involve the senses of sight and sound.

“I discovered my love for writing, combining instructional design and technology. By learning ways to process memories, I do a little and test a lot to find these simply profound ways for others to capture their thoughts out of their heads and onto paper. Now I do that for fun.” - Bev
