“I do not look forward to the summer heat,” he said as he filled up the tires on my car.

“Well,” I said, “now I look at the hot, humid weather as a gift to sweat out the toxins.”

Sweat is perspiration, a human air conditioning system. Sweat is often stinky and makes me look not so good.

Now I have changed my mind because I feel better sweating. I like to sweat out the toxins, walking, running, and working outside. Through the pores of the skin, little droplets form to dampen my clothes.

Exercise? I did not always like it. It still seems like a chore, but no more.
