Corrie ten Boom
Biography of a heroine in World War II
BIOGRAPHY
Corrie ten Boom
Corrie ten Boom is a heroine for multiple reasons. Not only did she survive the imprisonment in the death camps of World War II, but she also spoke around the world about forgiving the persecutors. She and her family hid Jews who were being hunted down, arrested, and imprisoned in Holland in 1940. They were also eventually arrested and imprisoned.
The Hiding Place is a book about her life then, and it was later made into a movie. This free YouTube animation also tells of her courage in the midst of danger.
